Exercise And Weight Loss

Exercising is always fun and are welcomed easily in our life when we realize the fact that this is the only key for those perfect figures we all want. Dieting can make you control your weight but they usually fail to reduce the extra weight. Moreover it is better to maintain your weight loss with exercises than to keep on dieting. Off course staying away from all those tongue tickling pleasures is never easy for anyone of us. So let's get started with the fat burning ideas.

1. Stay focused:

Do not forget your target areas. Always stay focused to the areas that need special attention for reduction. Keep them always beleaguered. It is prudent to choose the exercises that suit you best. And help you improve your particular areas. Like if you need a flat belly or six pack abs you should work on your abs more than you do effort for any other body part.

2. Run off the weight:

There's a friend of mine who shared her precious secrets for her unstoppable running capacity. I always had a doubt in it until I practically tried it myself. She divided it into an eight weeks plan, with three days a week. It had a proper eight week plan which trained from a beginner to an expert; finally I could run for three miles without stopping.

Right here I'm going to tell you the secret running plan. You can run on a track or a treadmill without worrying. Let's run off those fat pads.

Week Walk Run Repeat Walk Total
1 5 minutes 2 minutes 2 times more 5 minutes 26 minutes
2 5 minutes 4 minutes 2 times more 5 minutes 32 minutes
3 4 minutes 6 minutes 2 times more 5 minutes 35 minutes
4 3 minutes 8 minutes 2 times more 5 minutes 38 minutes
5 2 minutes 10 minutes 2 times more 5 minutes 41 minutes
6 1 minute 12 minutes 2 times more 5 minutes 44 minutes
7 1 minute 14 minutes 1 time more 5 minutes 35 minutes
8 1 minute 30 minutes No repeats 5 minutes 36 minutes

3. Get Fab abs:

There has always been a controversy about which Ab move works best. Crunches, reach ups and pilates these three are the basic methods to do it without weight training. Recent research at Auburn University in Montgomery, Alabama has shown that Pilates roll-up is 30% more effective than the standard crunch method. They claim that it targets Rectus Abdominis which is the muscle behind the six pack abs. You can try in yourself as well. How? Lie back with your legs straight and your arms extended above your head, next to your ears. Bring arms forward, tilt your chin down and slowly curl your upper body upwards, reaching hands to toes. Repeat 8-10 times, three times a week.

4. Let the fun begin:

You find all these routines too boring and too demanding to follow. No problem!!! You can enjoy whatever makes you happy. All you need is to get exhausted and sweat out your fat. You can do it in any sport you like. Can even do weight training along your spouse or your boyfriend. Believe me you'll love it. It'll bring more passion in the heat. Or you can dance with your daughters. Do aerobics. Just get your butts moving. You'll feel lighter and younger in no time.

5. Maintain, maintain and maintain:

After all these days of extreme effort, you now must admit that it is always better to control yourself before. That's why they all say "Prevention is better than cure". So the main game begins after you've lost those pounds. Try to keep yourself away from unnecessary high calorie foods. I know they taste so........ Amazing. BUT all you did was like training for you. You've done this all to train your mind and body to accept the change in your lifestyle which has just started. And I know you'll agree to my statement; It is always easier to loose a pound or two than to shed half your weight.

These are the few things that I wanted to tell you to make the exercise a part of your routine. Until and unless you have any medical condition related, there is no harm in exercises. Even in diseases you can take suggestions from your physicians to guide you for the best exercise routine you can adapt. So?? You still on your chair reading this all. Come on it's the time to get your body moving.
